Annual Walker Lake HOA membership dues are $120 per lot, and membership in the association is mandatory. Invoices are mailed once per year in February. Your dues are used to support the following activities:
- Deed restriction renewal and enforcement
- Coordination of architectural reviews
- Landscaping and taxes of common areas
- Liability insurance of common areas and lake usage
- Actions on community concerns and representation with governmental entities
- Neighborhood improvements
- Maintaining the clubhouse/office and walkerlakehoa.com website
Your neighborhood is supported with the volunteer efforts of the Homeowners Association Board of Directors who work very hard to be good stewards of your annual dues. Please help us to keep costs down by paying your dues now. We can accept personal checks, money orders, and cashiers checks. We really aren’t setup to handle cash unless you bring exact change.
Please mail your dues payments to: PO BOX 1639 La Joya TX 78560 (put lot numbers in memo) If you would like a payment receipt, please enclose a stamped, self addressed envelope.

- Returned check – $25
- Late Fee – $60 per lot (account is LATE when an open balance exists as new invoices are created)
- Collection Fee – $25 passthrough (We use a credit reporting service on delinquent accounts)
- Release of Lien – $100
- Lien Fee – $125
